The first of which has been uploaded;
Age Solution
One question we have had regarding age ranges
The typical issue is;
We have a list of ages and then we would like to know how many people in that list are aged 16-21 and how many 22-25 year olds etc…
This link Age solution will take you to the main page, others will be added
Shorcut Series
We are releasing our mini video series over the coming months, starting with Excel.
The whole series is a set of shortcuts used in the relevant piece of software.
The idea behind it all, is to give you a visual way of seeing how the shortcuts work. Not only will there be videos of the shortcuts but there will be a downloadable PDF of all the shortcuts discussed. We will also be adding a similar series for those who use Apple Mac.
So, take a look at our shortcut series and let us know what you think.
Espresso Knowledge

New solutions
Coming soon! Our new offer, Infideo’s. These are Informational Videos. These are not like traditional, to camera videos!
There is an example of one on our home page. We can develop these with standard office software. Using either PowerPoint or Keynote. We tend to use Keynote more, as the animations are much better.
More details coming soon.

Word 2007 forms

Part 1 was looking at the layout of the form.
Part 2 was putting form elements on to lock down the design, so users can only change the sections you want them to. It also shows how to lock the form.
If others find them useful then feel free to take a look in our downloads section, under shortcuts.
e-Learning for support
One of the issues that faces many learners is the ongoing support after the training. After all, if training is only 10% of learning then how do you ensure your clients get the most out of the training you deliver.
Also, what if you are just trying to help someone out? Over the phone is a reasonable support mechanism but we wanted to take this a little further. Read the rest of this entry »
