Essentials
Our IT Essentials Series is a group of IT courses that are used in most businesses. All our essentials courses are aimed at people with little or no experience of using that particular program.
Each course is completely stand alone so you can pick and choose the relevant courses for your needs.
The courses are all Open Courses, which means you will be instructed along with other attendees on the day. These courses will run on the scheduled date, even if there is only one person on them.
We will schedule courses on a regular basis, so if you miss out on one, you can book in for the next available one or just express an interest in attending any of the courses.
All our Essentials courses are priced out at £90 per person per course. We will provide discounts based on the number of courses or people booked up front and paid in full.
The Essential series is still being developed so if you do not see the software you use on our list, please get in touch with us to see if we can develop one for you.
Booking
To book your place(s) on a course or on a series of courses, you can use the book now option (you will have to register on our training portal), email us on glenn@efficienttrainingsolutions.com or phone us on 01283 763 228.
Early Bird deals are available on this course, if you pay in full up front prior before the early bird offer is finished, you will get £10 off each booking made.
All courses are to be paid for prior to the course running.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your place on the course with less than two weeks prior notice, there is no refund. We would have no issues if you wanted to send someone else along in your place.
If the course is cancelled by us for any reason, we will either book you onto the next date or refund you your monies back. Cancellations of these scheduled courses is very rare, we will always run them where we can even if it is on a 1-2-1 basis.
